Introduction

I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, supervised by Prof. Qian Kemao. I expect to graduate in 2027.

My research focuses on optical metrology, image processing, and deep learning, particularly phase recovery from single carrier fringe patterns for 3D measurement. I develop hybrid Fourier and neural methods, physics-based reconstruction without dataset pretraining, and automated algorithm configuration.

I also develop LLM-based agents for scientific computing. My current projects include WFTune, a physics-knowledge-guided agent for configuring windowed Fourier fringe analysis, and SciHarness, which combines tool use and sandboxed evaluation to improve scientific and vision operators. I am particularly interested in making agents reliable on real tasks: tool design, constraint checking, evaluation, and state management.

Before joining NTU, I received a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Software Systems in 2018, both from the University of Melbourne.
